Company History

Apex was founded on October, 2009. Presently, the Company's main business operations are production and sales of single-sided, double-sided and multi-layer printed circuit boards.

2023

  • Received a "Low Risk” by Sustainalytics ESG Risk Ratings.
  • Apex ranked top 6%~20% in the TWSE Corporate Governance Evaluation for 8 consecutive years; in the electronics category with a market capitalization of over NTD 10 billion, Apex has moved up to the 11% to 20% range for the first time.
  • Won the AREA - Social Empowerment Award.
  • Won the TCSA - Taiwan Corporate Sustainability Report Award-Electronic Information Manufacturing Bronze Award.

2022

  • The annual revenue of Apex is NTD 14.9 billion, which hit a record-high.
  • Apex ranked top 6%~20% in the TWSE Corporate Governance Evaluation for 7 consecutive years.
  • Won the AREA - Health Promotion Award
  • Apex launched the "Apex GREEN Project" to strengthen our ESG development with three main topics, which are "Renewable Energy", "Wastewater Recycling", and "Improving Energy Efficiency".

2021

  • Won the AREA - Health Promotion Award
  • Won the TCSA -Taiwan Corporate Sustainability Report Award-Electronic Information Manufacturing Bronze Award
  • Apex 3 officially put into production
  • The annual revenue of Apex exceeded NTD 14.8billion and its net profit exceeded NTD 1.5 billion
  • Apex ranked top 6%~20% in the TWSE Corporate Governance Evaluation for 6 consecutive years.

  • Won the 22nd Outstanding Overseas Taiwanese SMEs Award
  • Apex was selected as component stocks of the MSCI World Small Cap Index
  • Apex ranked top 6%~20% in the TWSE Corporate Governance Evaluation for 5 consecutive years.

2019

  • Subsidiary Apex Circuit(Thailand) Co., Ltd. acquired the equity of Shye Feng Enterprise(Thailand) Co., Ltd.
  • Apex ranked top 6%~20% in the TWSE Corporate Governance Evaluation for 4 consecutive years.

2018

  • The annual revenue of Apex exceeded NTD 11 billion and its net profit exceeded NTD 830 million, all hitting a record high.
  • Apex ranked top 6%~20% in the TWSE Corporate Governance Evaluation for 3 consecutive years.

2017

  • Apex 2 officially began the third phase production in Q1
  • Apex ranked top 6%~20% in the TWSE Corporate Governance Evaluation for 2 consecutive years.

2016

  • Record high revenue of 9 billion bahts
  • Apex 2 began the third phase trial production in Q4
  • Apex ranked top 6%~20% in the TWSE Corporate Governance Evaluation.

2011 - 2015

2015

  • Apex 2 officially began the second phase production in Q2
  • Officially for TWSE listing in Taiwan on 8 September

2014

  • Apex 2 officially began the first phase production in Q1
  • Production of 8-layer boards started

2013

  • Starting the operation testing of Apex 2

2012

  • Capacity expansion project completed in January, monthly production capacity increased from 21K square meters to 25K square meters
  • The new plant Apex 2 in Sinsakhon industrial areas officially started in March

2011

  • Establish subsidiary Approach Excellence Trading Ltd. overall planning the Taiwan purchase operation of the Group
  • Formal primary GTSM listing in Taiwan on 18 October

  • Setting up Taiwan Office

  • Establish Apex International Co. Ltd. as holding

  • Bringing in new management team to diversify product and customers
  • BOI approved 5 years tax-exemption privilege for Plant B
  • ISO/TS-16949 was certified in May 2006
  • Sony Green Partner (GP) was certified in April 2006

  • Factory was certified with ISO-14001

  • Factory was certified with QS-9000
