Apex Circuit Thailand (Apex) was invited to participate in the "2023 Taiwan Charity Run" organized by the Thai-Taiwan Business Association (TTBA), which was held at Suan Luang Rama IX Park in Bangkok. TTBA has also invited Bangkok Mayor Chadchart Sittipunt, Dr. Chuang, Suo-Hang, a Representative of the Taipei Economic and Cultural Office in Thailand, Taiwanese enterprises, and the locals to participate in the event. This is the first time that Apex has sponsored a charity run. We are thrilled to support a charity event that not only contributes to charity but also promotes physical and mental health.

The charity road run is to celebrate the 30th anniversary of the TTBA. A portion of the remaining donations from the event will be donated to the Bangkok City Government to give back to the Thai community, and another portion will be contributed to the 2023 charitable activities of the Thailand “Friends of Taiwan” Charity Foundation. The charity road run was divided into two groups, a 5 km and a 10 km race. Thousands of people gathered at the park to participate. As the gold sponsor, Apex also organized a team of employees to take part in the event. The run started at 6:00 a.m. and by the time participants reached the finish line, the winter dawn had just broken, marking a fitting conclusion to this event that was supported by the local government, enterprises, and community.

Apex has been deeply developed in Thailand for more than 20 years and has long been committed to corporate sustainability. In addition to sponsoring the charity run, Apex have consistently set aside a certain amount of money for the community in the past few years. Apex have donated resources to local hospitals, communities, and schools, and have even invited visually impaired people to provide massage services in our factory. Apex also place great importance on meeting the physical and mental needs of our employees while fulfilling our social responsibilities. Last year, Apex went to Northern Thailand, the hometown of many of our employees, to build the solar panel for the residents and to improve the water supply system.

By participating in this charity run, Apex shows the active involvement in social welfare activities and also achieves the SDGs 3 "Good Health and Well-being" through advocating and promoting running activity. Besides, Apex employees' participation in the event not only strengthens teamwork, but also strengthens our relationships with society, reflecting our core value of "Good to you, Good to Apex".
