   Q4 2023 with consolidated revenue of NTD3.09 billion, consolidated gross profit from operations of NTD99 million, consolidated operating loss of NTD297 million, net loss attributable to owners of the parent of NTD361 million, and EPS of NTD-1.90.
   YoY of Q4 2023 consolidated revenue decreased 14.1%, consolidated gross profit from operations decreased 81.7%, consolidated operating income decreased 432.5% and net income attributable to owners of the parent decreased 967.1%.
   
   2023 with consolidated revenue of NTD12.63 billion, consolidated gross profit from operations of NTD1.03 billion,
   consolidated operating loss of NTD-605 million, net loss attributable to owners of the parent of NTD-797 million, and EPS of NTD-4.20.
   YoY of 2023 consolidated revenue decreased 15.3%, consolidated gross profit from operations decreased 63.7%, consolidated operating loss decreased 159.8%, and net loss attributable to owners of the parent decreased 191.1%.
   


2. Approved the convening of the 2024 Annual General Meeting at 9:00 a.m. on Thursday, May 30, 2024, at 6F, No.99, Fuxing N. Rd., Songshan Dist., Taipei City (Primasia Conference & Business Center).
