The 2025 TCSA Corporate Sustainability Awards Ceremony was held today (26th). This is the fourth time that Apex has been recognized in the Corporate Sustainability Report Awards and the second consecutive year receiving the Silver Award, demonstrating Apex’s continued commitment to ESG and the quality of its sustainability disclosures.

Since 2016, Apex has published ESG reports in both Chinese and English. The 2024 ESG Report is prepared with reference to the latest Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) standards, Task Force on Climate-Related Financial Disclosures (TCFD) framework, and the reporting principles outlined by the Sustainability Accounting Standards Board (SASB). Besides, the ESG report obtained an Independent Assurance Statement from AFNOR, based on the AA1000 Assurance Standard, as well as ISO 14064-1 verification for greenhouse gas inventory from SGS (Thailand), further improving the quality and credibility of our sustainability disclosures.

In terms of corporate governance, Apex has appointed a female director on the Board and established a Sustainability Development Committee with half of its members being independent directors to strengthen governance independence. Since 2016, Apex has consistently ranked within the 6%~20% in the Corporate Governance Evaluation and, starting from 2024, has been ranked among the top 5% of electronic companies with a market capitalization of NTD5~10 billion for two consecutive years.

In the areas of environmental sustainability and social prosperity, Apex has implemented the GREEN Project to increase the use of renewable energy and enhance water resource management to meet future operational needs. In 2024, Apex completed solar power installations with a total capacity of 8.3 MWp, raising renewable energy usage to 3% and achieving an estimated annual carbon reduction of more than 6,000 tons. Meanwhile, Apex continues to promote various community engagement initiatives, supporting local schools and medical resources, reinforcing long-term partnerships with both employees and local communities.

In the future, Apex will continue to enhance sustainability governance and disclosure quality, further advancing its strategies across environmental, social, and governance aspects to achieve long-term sustainable growth together with its stakeholders.
