Apex (4927) successfully convened the 2026 Annual General Meeting today, which was chaired by Chairman Shu-Mu Wang and passed the following resolutions:

1. Acknowledged the 2025 Business Report, Consolidated Financial Statements and Deficit Compensation.


2. Approval of the proposal for the issuance of common shares through cash capital increase and/or private placement of common shares and/or private placement of domestic convertible bonds.

To strengthen corporate governance and protect shareholders’ rights, the Annual General Meeting was also broadcast live in full via YouTube, enabling all shareholders to participate.

Looking ahead, Apex will continue to accelerate the introduction of new products and new customers, manage production costs, and optimize capacity and production line allocation. Apex will prudently respond to changes in the external environment and move forward steadily, laying a stronger foundation for sustainable development.
