The Taiwan Stock Exchange Corporation held the 11th Corporate Governance Evaluation award ceremony today (12th). Apex scored over 100 for the third consecutive year and ranked 6% to 20% among listed companies. In the electronics category of market capitalization between NTD 5 billion and NTD 10 billion, Apex ranked in the top 5% for the second consecutive year, highlighting our efforts in strengthening corporate governance.

Apex performed well in all four dimensions. In terms of “safeguarding shareholder rights and strengthening the structure and operation of the board of directors," Apex includes a female director in the Board of Directors and established a Sustainable Development Committee, with half of its members being independent directors, thereby enhancing the independence of sustainable governance. In terms of information transparency, the full video recording of Apex's Annual General Meeting has been uploaded to the official website for shareholders’ convenient access. Besides, Apex announced the Annual Report ahead of the statutory deadline and the Chinese version of financial reports within two months after the end of the fiscal year. Since 2016, we have voluntarily prepared annual ESG reports and continued to release the Task Force on Climate-Related Financial Disclosures and Risk Management Report (TCFD), ensuring investors have the right to access information promptly.

In terms of corporate sustainability, Apex is actively developing green energy. In 2021, we launched the "Apex Green Project" to enhance our renewable energy and water resource management. In 2024, our solar power generation system reduced carbon emissions by over 6,000 tons, and the wastewater recycling rate is approximately 30%. In addition, we are actively engaged in social welfare initiatives and maintain close interaction with local communities and schools. We also organized activities such as charity fairs, Songkran celebrations, and awarding diligent employees to promote their physical and mental well-being, creating the happiest workplace that is closest to our employees.

Apex also received international recognition on global ratings. In the 2024 CDP Water Security Questionnaire, we achieved a management-level B score. Additionally, we have received the AREA awards from Enterprise Asia many times. In the future, Apex will continue to strengthen our corporate governance mechanisms and collaborate with stakeholders to create a sustainable future.
