The Taiwan Stock Exchange Corporation held the 10th Corporate Governance Evaluation award ceremony today (13th). Apex ranked in the top 5% among 952 listed companies for the first time, scoring over 100 for the second consecutive year. In the electronics category of market capitalization between NTD 5 billion and NTD 10 billion, Apex also moved up to the top 5% for the first time, becoming the only listed company in the Printed Circuit Board industry to rank in the top 5%. This recognition highlights our efforts in strengthening corporate governance.

Apex continues to strengthen our corporate governance system, performing well in "safeguarding shareholder rights and treating shareholders equally," "strengthening the structure and operation of the board of directors," "enhancing information transparency," and "promoting sustainable development." In terms of "strengthening the structure and operation of the board of directors," Apex already includes a female director on the Board of Directors and established a Sustainable Development Committee, with half of its members being independent directors, thereby enhancing the independence of sustainable governance. Last year, we also obtained ISO 27001 Information Security Management System certification, aligning with international standards, and deepening Apex's sustainable operation framework and strength.

Apex also focuses on enhancing information transparency. Apex's 2023 Annual General Meeting was broadcast live online, and the entire video recording of the latest Annual General Meeting was uploaded to our official website, allowing all shareholders to access the meeting content. Additionally, Apex announced the Annual Report ahead of the statutory deadline and the Chinese version of financial reports within two months after the end of the fiscal year. Since 2016, we have voluntarily prepared annual ESG reports in Chinese and English. In 2024, we released our first Task Force on Climate-Related Financial Disclosures and Risk Management Report (TCFD), ensuring investors have the right to access information promptly.

Regarding corporate sustainability, Apex has developed green energy and wastewater recycling systems. At the end of 2021, we launched the "Apex Green Project" to enhance our renewable energy and water resource management, by raising the RE ratio to fulfill future factory water and electricity demand. By 2023, our solar power generation system reduced carbon emissions by over 3,700 tons, and the wastewater recycling rate is approximately 30%. In addition, we are committed to social welfare, allocating funds annually to support local hospitals, communities, and schools. We also organize activities such as charity fairs, Songkran celebrations, and awarding diligent employees to promote the physical and mental well-being of our employees, creating the happiest workplace that is closest to our employees.

Good corporate governance is a crucial cornerstone of sustainable development. We also received international recognition on global ratings. Last year, in the Sustainalytics ESG Risk Ratings from Morningstar, we received a low-risk rating. In the 2023 CDP Water Security Questionnaire, we achieved a management-level B score. Additionally, we have received the AREA awards from Enterprise Asia many times. In the future, Apex will continue to strengthen our corporate governance mechanisms, deepen our corporate sustainability development strategies, and collaborate with stakeholders to create a better future.
