Beyond internal employee welfare, Apex is equally committed to giving back to society, striving to make a positive impact across education, healthcare, charitable work, and social welfare. We believe that corporations should shoulder social responsibilities and promote public welfare through tangible actions. Apex not only provides financial support for education and local school development, but also actively participates in a variety of community service programs aimed at improving living conditions for disadvantaged groups and enhancing overall community well-being. We are also deeply involved in healthcare initiatives, offering resources and support to local hospitals in need.

In its social outreach, Apex maintains close ties with the communities in which it operates. We support local development through diverse means—from environmental conservation and public infrastructure development to volunteer services and charitable donations—each initiative reflecting our deep care for society. Employees were also encouraged to participate, with a total of 429 participations in social contribution activities in 2025, which strengthens team cohesion and builds stronger emotional bonds with the communities we serve.

Support Southern Thailand Flood Relief Efforts

Upholding our commitment to corporate social responsibility, the Company proactively engaged in relief efforts in response to the 2025 floods in southern Thailand by preparing essential daily necessities and assisting in the packing of relief kits to provide timely and practical support to affected residents. Through concrete actions, we aim to help alleviate the hardships faced by impacted communities and stand together with local residents during this challenging time, demonstrating our commitment to social care and sustainable development.

Saving Lives Through Blood Donation

The Company has long been committed to promoting public welfare and social care, with blood donation being one of the company’s key ongoing initiatives. In 2025, Apex collaborated closely with Sirirak Hospital and the Samut Sakhon Industrial Estate, organizing multiple blood donation drives across various locations, including the Sinsakhon and Samut Sakhon plants, as well as external industrial estate events. These efforts drew participation from over 262 employees, with 156 successful blood donors, demonstrating strong employee engagement and the company's dedication to saving lives through collective action.

Building a Healthy and Safe Community

The Company continues to place strong emphasis on the health and well-being of local communities across all age groups. We actively participated in a seminar on the concept of healthy workplaces held at Sinsakron Industrial Estate and provided venue support for Samut Sakhon Hospital to conduct a “Safe Relationships” training program. In addition, we offered resources to support elderly clubs at local health promotion centers and donated educational equipment for a child drowning prevention program to the Khok Kham Subdistrict Administrative Organization. Through these diverse initiatives, the Company demonstrates its long-term commitment to community health and safety.
